Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the Senior Cost Accountant shall conduct detailed cost analyses, present findings and implement measures as required for competitive cost comparisons, target pricing and cost modeling for strategic decision making as means of maximizing manufacturing cost efficiency and market competitiveness of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

□    Responsible for cost allocation, setting of standard costing, actual vs. standard cost analysis.
□    Preparation of monthly financial and management reports and business variances analysis including gross margin analysis,
        analysis of burden rates and overhead allocation, material shrinkage and obsolescence.
□    Co-ordinate BOM review and work with sales, operations, engineering, material procurement, planning and quality control on
        manufacturing yield, material cost, process time, capacity utilization, as well as to work with procurement and suppliers on
        material price variances.
□    Implement inventory management and manufacturing process controls, as well as developing and / or enhancing existing BOM
        related controls, procedures and policies.

Requirements:

□  Accounting / Finance related degree or a professional qualification (i.e. CPA, ACCA).
□  Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics components industry, preferably with manufacturing experience in China.
□  Strong in Standard Costing, with hands-on experience on Account Analysis, Variance Analysis, Inventory Analysis and
      Account Reconciliation.
□  Highly skilled in MS Excel.
□  Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
□  Positive work attitude, meticulous and ability to work independently and well under pressure.
□  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
□  Successful candidates must be committed to work in Suzhou, China.
