In line with Europtronic Group’s strategic plans for
future growth and expansion, the Group has been
actively recruiting talented graduates from top
universities through the Corporate Management
Training Programme (CMTP) since 2006. Tailored for
exceptional individuals with strong leadership and
management potential, as well as with the ability to
adapt and thrive in diverse cultural environments,
this programme is ideal for those with an innate
interest and passion to jumpstart a career in
Greater China and other parts of Asia.
During the one-year rotational training across
different departments, trainees will be able to gain
hands-on experience on diverse challenging job
responsibilities, get to know the intricacies of
cross departmental communications and understand
completely the whole operation process in the
Europtronic Group, namely Components Distribution
Business Unit (CDBU) and Components Manufacturing
Business Unit (CMBU). Guidance and one-to-one
coaching will be provided to the management trainees
by mentors and senior colleagues when undergoing
training in each department. Regularly evaluated on
the job via a 360 degree feedback mechanism, they
will be assigned special projects and assignments to
further boost and enhance their skills and
competencies at work.
